Is it Important to Contact Members by Their District, Club or Zone?

By Morgan Shortt - 16 months ago

Of course it is, but to make this happen we need all of our members to fill out their Personal Profiles!!

I am happy to say that many of our members have filled out their profiles correctly!  But to make the member directory function properly we need every member to put their Rotary Club, District, and Zone into the Associations Column of their Personal Profile!

The answer:  Yes!

Yes - The whole structure of DRRAG contemplates a ww network. The Rotary world is broken down into these adminsitartive geographical areas and the delivery of disaster assistance becomes a function of this organizational structure. We need to be able to sort by club - district and Zone

That is why it is essential to capture demographic information on the applicat from the beginning.

I have just registered for my district conference  Walk through this simple registration process and you will see what most Rotary districts and entities do to capture this information. DRRAG really needs to do the same thing

When you get to the payment side, you already have the personal information. The receipt and welcome letter was returned to  me immediatly when I registered last night.
