That's Right!
We need your help so that our communications tools will function properly. As you have heard through previous broadcasts, it is extremely important that each member fill out their personal profiles with their Rotary Details in the Associations Column.
We need every member to put their Rotary Club, District, and Zone into the Associations Column of their Personal Profile!
The reason for this is so that each member can be found by Country, Zone, Club or District.
For instructions on how to do this please CLICK HERE!
If you are confused on how to do this, please contact me (Morgan Shortt). All you need to do is find her name in the member directory and add contact, and send a message. I will be more than happy to help!

Dear Morgan,
Thank you for posting this Morgan. Many members have not received their DRRAG lapel pin (a very attractive logo pin that identifies them with the Rotarian Action Group) I hope everyone will fill in this information so that we can mail them their pin (that they paid for with their membership subscription!!)
Of course this information also helps us identify those who need to have information sent to them on current disaster alerts and for other reasons - such as giving them up-dates on Club Disaster Training modules etc.
Thanks again,
John
I had forgotten about the lapel pin, and for those of us attending the RI convention in Birmingham, England this June it would be a good way to raise awareness of DRRAG among the International community. I hope they can be sent out in time for that trip. If DRRAG has anything planned during the convention it would also be good to hear about those plans. --Jerry
You might want to cross-post Jerry Grandey's coments onto the "DRRAG is Taking Part in the 100th Rotary International Convention" post.
Does DRRAG have an itinerary planned for the convention, i.e., any presentations, seminars, work sessions?
I'm not sure whether it would be appropriate to have DRRAG sessions there or not?

As always, if I can help coordinate the shipping of pins to the Zone Coordinators, D-DOOs and C-DOOs let me know.
Do Y'all have one or more manufacturers of the pin worldwide? Are they already made and just need to be shipped?
If I meet you at the border, can you give me the pins and a big roll of postage stamps, so I can send them to the Members for you ! ? !

I've been known to do crazier things in my time...
If we haven't received our pins (I didn't even know I could get one), what do we need to do? Who do we contact?
