After Applying for Matching Grants from the Canadian Government for Haiti funds, the Rotary Foundation has received approval from the Canadian Government to match $115,525.00 for Haiti!!

On behalf of the Government of Canada, thank you for your fundraising efforts in response to the January 12 earthquake in Haiti. The Honourable Beverley J. Oda, Minister of International Cooperation, announced that the Government would match the contributions of individual Canadians to eligible Canadian charitable organizations in support of humanitarian, recovery and reconstruction efforts in response to the earthquake. This email is to acknowledge that you, as an authorized representative of the organization listed below, have submitted a declaration form to the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) on behalf of said organization; and that you have reported the following information:
