Fox News is reporting that Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Houston TX arrived in Haiti an hour before the earthquake. They all are apparently
safe. A Mr. Elam, President-Elect of the Houston Rotary Club was interviewed on-camera.

in Houston fatal landed in -- prince they had just gotten there. They're they're on a mission to deliver supplies and drill a water

at the school. Now -- only imagine their families back home and they are nervous they're struggling to contact this group praying for their safety -- He's the president elect of that Rotary

" We've learned we've had two messages came. Yesterday morning we heard a very brief message that -- basically that they were all safe and no one was injured. And then this morning we had one other messages told us they were sheltered. At a local church near the airport and -- prints and when -- two messages messages is that text message how to -- contact him. It was a text message and they had to do it through -- borrowed telephone because none of their telephones have access to anything. You know most of the infrastructure down there's just dead -- what are they doing for February. I have no idea we haven't gotten any details like that -- what are you doing from back here can contact the embassy anybody that can help you try to get them out. The -- the families are working on that and of course there they're tied up with that and so they're they're giving this information as they as they have that. That the people that are members of their -- was -- work well connected here in Houston and and can. Talk to pretty much whoever they wish to around the country -- they're telling us what they have when they have something real and -- right now they don't have anything concrete yet."
